Meet Julia Getty

Julia Getty

My Goals:

I consult directly with K-12 independent, K-12 public, and college-level administrators to strengthen culture, improve staff and student retention, and build connected, resilient educational communities.


Through relational and restorative practices, I partner with leaders to create clear, aligned school environments where staff, students, and families feel a strong sense of belonging, trust, and psychological safety—and where challenges are addressed proactively and effectively.


My work focuses on three core outcomes:

Connection

I help schools intentionally build strong relationships across staff, students, and families—moving beyond isolated activities to create a culture of belonging that is modeled and sustained by leadership.

Clarity

I work with leadership teams to translate mission, vision, and values into daily practice—so everyone in the school community understands expectations, priorities, and how to act in alignment, even during moments of tension.

Courage

I equip leaders with the tools and confidence to address conflict, repair harm, and navigate difficult situations with transparency, empathy, and accountability—strengthening trust rather than eroding it.

The Result:

Schools are more cohesive, better aligned, and more likely to retain staff and students because people feel connected, supported, and confident in how the community operates.
