Founder Julia Getty applies decades of experience in coaching, consulting, teaching,
and relational and restorative practices to the unique strengths and challenges of school communities, guiding administrators to gain new insights and thoughtfully apply their
wisdom and experience to intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic challenges.
Julia is a former independent school educator and eternal learner with a passion for
planting seeds of reflection, rumination, and action - and helping them grow.
